Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.

Orders Within Canada
All orders within Canada will be shipped via calculated Canada Post shipping.

International Orders
International orders will be shipped via calculated Canada Post shipping or the next best available option. If there is a discrepancy between the amount paid and the new shipping cost if Canada Post is not available, the customer will be contacted regarding the additional charge.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Urban Body Laser is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In-store pickup
We offer free local pickup at Urban Body Laser. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup at 777 Hornby St #860, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1S4 within 3 business days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us right away with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
